JJ Abrams and Steven Moffat working on Star Wars? What a disaster that would be. Neither can write coherent stories! I like both of them but dear me that would be a disaster. Steven Moffat and JJ Abrams on an independent project? That could have merit. Something like a cross between Hyde and Persons of Interest. Abrams in particular is great, but his style is so distinctive that when it comes to reviving other projects with other kinds of atmosphere like Star Wars and Star Trek, they tend to get smothered. I still think he should swap mediums for a while and look into comic books, his style is perfect for them.
I can see him doing a stand alone issue or a graphic novel, but not a regular run. He has two kids to put through university!
Yeah, I think it'd probably be wiser asking him to do a fifty-page special or something similar where he can compress all his ideas down into a single story.

Somebody asked "What's next for Steven Moffat" in this month's DWM. Moffat's response was "Failure. Regret. Anger." I'm not sure exactly what he means, but I wish him the best of luck with it.

I wonder if he'll consider a Writers Tale esque book like RTD? i.e a behind the scenes/making of/biography of his time on Doctor Who as showrunner...

It would be an instant buy for me I haven't read the RTD writers tale, but if a Moffat penned tome would explain or clarify even a few of the rumours I've read it would probably be a instant buy...

Yeah definitely. Like what his ideas were for Season 5 with David Tennant (i heard he came up with ideas because Tennant might have stayed) and all the versions of Day of the Doctor

Would certainly help put to bed a lot of questions and rumours about the how and why, as well as remind us that Moffat is only a man at the end of the day.

Probably involved alot of banging his head on the wall in frustration, very strong coffee and sleepness nights. If such a book were made I'd probably buy it, but I wouldn't expect all the rumours/could have been storylines to be addressed.
