Twin Peaks: "The Last Evening" - Every single storyline thrown into chaos and left hanging. Textbook example of the a classic TV season finale. Damn fine. And hot! Star Trek TNG: Season 3, Episodes 24-25 - Shall I compare thee to a summer's day? Not a thrilling pair of episodes, but thankfully the next one is much better. Seinfeld: Season 1, Episodes 2-3 - We quite enjoyed the pilot when we revisited it a while back. But it's clear that Elaine was the missing ingredient. I'd also forgotten George's Art Vandelay persona was invented as early as episode 3. You know I always wanted to pretend to be an architect !!!
Back in the day we recorded all seasons off TV for a mate in sequential order on video tapes- no commercial breaks.. Before the current technology came about .

Gee whiz, that sounds like a task and a half! The only thing I remember my family recording is NASCAR races, but we were too lazy to do the commercial break stop-and-start. I kind of wish we still had those tapes, actually, the 90s era commercials and continuity links would be fun to see again. Oh, and my dad had a tape of Ice Pirates that he'd taped off the movie channel for some reason. Seinfeld: Season 1, Episodes 4-5 - I'm surprised that Vanessa turned up again for the season finale. I didn't think they bothered with recurring girlfriends for Jerry until later in the series. Star Trek TNG: "The Best of Both Worlds Part 1" - The episode that changed Star Trek forever. I've always liked Shelby, and I wish they could've kept her on the show somehow. I don't know what her role would be though, since they already have an XO and a tactical officer. She would've been a good pick to make recurring during the Dominion War on DS9, though.

Star Wars : The Clone Wars - Season 1, Episodes 1 - 3 ("Ambush", "Rising Malevolence", "Shadow Of Malevolence") After the lackluster movie I wasn't sure about dropping into the series...but it's growing on me, even with the animated Anakin's personality being substantially different to the movie Anakin's...
The Muppet Show - Season 1, Episodes 1 - 5 (guests - Juliet Prowse, Connie Stevens, Joel Gray, Ruth Buzzi and Rita Moreno) The mystery of the advisory warning might have been revealed with episode 3 and the first appearance of Crazy Harry, the show's pyrotechnics expert with a fondness for blowing things (and muppets) up. I assume in a post 9/11 world and an age of the easily offended Disney just aren't taking any chances..

WandaVision
Episode 8
Kathryn Hahn and Elizabeth Olsen continue to impress but this was probably the weakest episode so far what with its heavy reliance on exposition.

Fair comment...but I would just add that not every viewer has a good working knowledge of the Marvel Comic and Cinematic universes, and sometimes the exposition was appreciated!

NCIS S18E08 - "farewell". Superman & Lois S01E02.. If the emo twin continues to have these temper tantrums everytime something immediately doesn't go his way.. it's going to get old real soon. Young Rock S01E03 - I love seeing flashbacks to all the 80's WWF guys, a few of them we had the action figures (I still have them too somewhere in a box )

I didn’t think episode 8 of Wandavision was bad exactly, it was just frustrating because I haven’t seen that many marvel movies so some bits were lost on me. It was kind of interesting from a character standpoint but I prefer the more sitcom like episodes.

Tbf the episode was probably more aimed at you as a lot of the stuff in that episode is shown in other marvel movies. That being said i don’t see why we really needed to see that in the episode - for the people who knew they knew, for the people who didn’t, they didn’t need to know and just felt confused (like my mother as well). It just felt like pointless filler just so they could lead up to saying *spoiler* at the end of the episode. Ah well, hopefully the last brings it back.

Fingers crossed 🤞 I still love (redacted) as a villain😈 Does anyone else think (redacted) is Wandavision’s version of Missy? Wandavision is many things but I have noticed it seems to be a combination of Heaven Sent, Hell Bent, and Timeless Children with (Redacted) as Missy and Wanda as the Doctor(primarily 12 and 13) and Vision as Clara🤔

Just have Wanda as the big bad, not make her less culpable by throwing in another villain. It cheapens things for me. & feels like a less courageous move on the part of the writers.
