Ah! Never picked up on that when I listened - mainly because I hadn't watched the show at the time. That's one of the ones I keep meaning to go back to. Its one of my favourites, and the original song track at the end is on my phone. I think it still ranks high on the lists of all-time faves of just about everyone! The song is so catchy and kinda sweet, with a very 70s pop sound. Back to Janet Fisher for a moment...when I saw her name, I was thinking she was the character played by Beverly Hayes (who I met at one of the Festivals), but looked her up and that was Carolyn's other friend, Donna Friedlander. She was on for a 1 or 2 episode stint--a small part, but memorable! No spoilers here from me!

Wasn't she the architecture student who had an interest in Collinwood, and developed an interest in Chris?

Ah yes. Donna.
Sometimes it occurs to me that Dark Shadows exists entirely so that that the phrases "what could possibly go wrong" and "with predictable results" will never be out of work.

A dockside snack (or a comedy prostitute, an inept police officer and a genre blind investigator meet out on the docks by the Blue Whale. They die. Didn't see that one coming.
