If that is the case then it does make me wonder who they’ve chosen to play Jekyll and Hyde. Mark Gatiss seems a good bet. It's the kind of role he does, and he's been associated with BF long enough to have been intended to play the role way back when it was first announced... Whoever played the role when Nick's version was in the theatre would be my guess

Surprised that they haven’t asked Carey Mulligan agian despite being super Hollywood I mean she recently did Saturday Night Live so she shouldn’t be too picky of signing up for projects depends on her agent
Shame that it seems unlikely for another company of friends release
I had no idea Matthew holeness did a big finish audio wish Matt Berry would do a doctor who audio though

Nick mentions in tomorrow's podcast that he's recording Jekyll and Hyde in a few weeks time... If that is the case then it does make me wonder who they’ve chosen to play Jekyll and Hyde. We all know Briggs is desperate to do it.

And BF are still a relatively small company?

I thought it was already announced that Nick has chosen David Sax to play both roles in his Jekyll & Hyde adaptation? David Sax has already worked for BF before in the Dalek Empire series...

Next Weeks 7th November Live Link www.bigfinish.com/podcasts/v/2021-11-07-jenny-jacobiJenny Still Running Behind the Scenes and Drama Teased I Jacobi Previewed (sounds excellent and somewhat candid) Mater! Reviewed From the E-Mails Praise for the Prisoner (turns out it was designed as the 3 Boxset Arc also turns out a Excec from Network absolutely refuses to listen to it because Mark Elstop is a Re-Cast!) Sending Richard Franklin (Mike Yates) Best wishes for his health also that a regular BF original companion for any 3DAs set between Season 10 and 11 is a possibility When Live on the 7th November that Weeks RAN Discount Title (25% Off DL Only) will be Churchill Dairy's Vol 2 Bit and Bobs Deadline was originally offered to Sir Ian Mckellen but his Agent sent apologies that he couldn't do it in thetime frame but then said "How about Sir Derek instead" Regards mark687

Interestingly when there's been discussion around the possibility Garth Marenghi's Darkplace Audios it always been concluded that there isn't a viable Customer Base as its "Weird for just aiming at being Weird" I guess this shows that BF don't understand Darkplace, not unexpected given their attempts at comedy audio.

Whilst I think Darkplace is hysterical, I think BF may be in the majority of people not getting it.

Had No Idea that Ian McKellen was originally approached for Doctor Who Unbound Deadline and had to drop out due to so many projects and suggested Derek Jacobi

From The Emails: * Praise for The Prisoner, No Plans for Continuing the range yet as Big Finish thought it was neatly concluded * Nick is not against the idea of having a companion for The Third Doctor Adventures set between The Green Death and The Time Warrior and has some ideas he has for the future (technically the 4DA Companion Chronicles already mentions a 3rd Doctor Companion offscreen called Sir Douglas which traveled with The Third Doctor for a bit)

Be good to see a Big Finish original companion for the Third Doctor. Maybe someone from a different historical time period considering he has access to his TARDIS at this point?

I'm quite happy getting the bite-sized bits of news from it here... For what it's worth, I think it's worth listening to the podcast. Drama teases have on occasion won me over with a release I wouldn't otherwise get!
