it wont matter to Snart if he kills or doesn't kill Rory, so basically changing that moment in his history wont change him. See, I have no idea if you're talking about Mick Rory or Rory Williams. (Yes, I have nothing better to add to this conversation, I am behind by 3 episodes.)

Can't believe Joe Dante directed last week's Legend Of Tomorrow. One of the best directors of his generation and he just can't get money to make studio movies any more. Really sad.
Similiarly Kevin Smith is doing a Flash ep though he's a REALLY big fan of the show and sounds like he would have paid them to let him do it. He's got his podcast, Fatman On Batman and just gushes about Flash so he's not faking it. Then he's finally doing Mallbrats and Clerks 3 I hope!

The Flash/Supergirl crossover was pretty cool. I hope that Kara visits the Arrowverse some time. I also hope that on his way home, Barry accidentally gets stuckk in the universe of Adam West's Batman. That would be the best crossover ever.

I'm curious, for Flash fans tuning into the Supergirl crossover, how did you find it? Where there characters or storylines you weren't too sure about? Also, will this crossover inspire Supergirl fans who don't watch The Flash to begin watching? Some of the meta comments had me chuckling, like Cat's CW cast comment. One of the names Cat comes up with for the new hero in town (that's Barry BTW) is the Blur, the superhero alias Clark adopted in Smallville during the second half of the show (when he was living in Metropolis instead of Smallville) before officially becoming Superman in the finale. Cat was on fine form as usual, being a fountain of quotable lines. {Spoiler}Project Myriad made me think the Sycorax in The Christmas Invasion. Just as Kara was able to win back the public on Supergirl and had the confidence to go after James (once again the love interest angle isn't the most interesting).
So was it Winn who triggered the Banshee curse in Siobhan? It was after he exposed her attempt to sabotage Kara that her wail first manifested. While Cat and Kara were factors, it was Winn who finally got her to snap.
Nice to see Kara and Barry weren't at odds with each other. They didn't even argue over anything, which makes a refreshing change from other superhero crossovers like the Arrow/Flash episodes. Overall a more satisfying meeting of heroes than Batman v Superman.

Re: your last sentence in the spoiler box - that's because Zack Snyder's Batman and Superman aren't heroes Thought this was great but I love both shows already so I'm "the choir" here. I think the moment I realised this was going to be great was Kara's sheer delight at a free ice-cream. And helping strangers fix IKEA furniture. Barry and Kara work so well together I'm actually sad they can't have a team-up show like Lantern and Arrow's Neal Adams/Denny O'Neal run. Just Barry and Kara on a road trip helping people...I'd love it. I'd watch those two smiling at trouble and rolling up their sleeves to do their best before an episode of Gotham or Legends anyday. This show has even made me like Livewire - who I used to hate watching Superman TAS in the 90s. Attachments:

I'd love Flash to get really out there with the multi-verse. Sign me up for a Batman '66 "Trouble With Tribbles" like episode any day.

I'm behind on Arrow and just watched the one {Spoiler} in which William is kidnapped by Dark. So much to talk about, but all I'm going to say is that I've never seen such a miraculous recovery by a person in a wheelchair, especially in heels.

Disappointing that WonderCon didn't have any hints at upcoming DC animated shows. Young Justice Season 3 looks to be nothing more than a rumour now. The only upcoming releases teased were another of the Batman Unlimited toy tie-in DVDs for the under 10s and a Gotham Girls movie for the line of girls dolls. Sigh...

Yes, I'm still behind on my DC watching. I just watched the Supergirl/Flash episode and I loved everything about it. I agree with jbmasta and davygallagher whole heartedly! Barry and Kara where a joy to watch. And yes, I loved at how happy she was at the free ice cream, as well as going to show Barry her favorite donut shop. Too bad they didn't get there. I don't know why, but I would have had fun just watching these two eat donuts together.

Last night's Legends was cool. Chronos' identity was pretty obvious as soon as he kidnapped Snart, but it was still a good, timey-wimey twist. It was cool to see Ra's Al Ghul again, and to finally see Talia in this continuity.

I'm surprised they've said Legends Season 2 will not feature much of a shake up cast wise. I thought the "sell" for the show was partially based on the revolving roster of heroes. I hope Season 2 learns from the flaws of this year.
Arrow meanwhile is as bad as it has been ever. Felicity's miracle recovery is evidence how uninterested this mob are to actually develop characters and have them undergo personal arcs. Everyone is essentially the same person they were 2 seasons ago. I'm almost thinking they should just give in and make this a Lois And Clark like screwball comedy since it's almost completely failing as drama.
Flash meanwhile continues to completely captivate me.

{Spoiler} Well, Laurel wasn't my first guess as to who would die. She was never my favorite character, but her death was still pretty sad. It will be interesting to see how this affects Oliver and Quentin. It could also be interesting if Sarah finds out. Since Laurel brought her back from death, I imagine that Sarah would want to use the Waverider to return the favor.

Also, is it possible for people, when using spoiler tags, to preface the tags with a short line about what content is being covered, like "Most recent Arrow episode" or "Theory about [enter character here] from [enter show here]"? Thanks.

I agree. I haven't seen it yet and it took half a second to spoil that for me before I could even stop looking at it. I'm not happy about that.

I'm sorry about that. Since the episode was out I didn't think to use spoiler tags, but since it was so new I really should have.

my buddy and i were speculating on a DC answer to marvel's netfix shows. the future seem to be going streaming entertainment on demand. if DC got into that race? if WV launched their own streaming service with some DC shows 13 episodes. like whats happening with the star trek tv series. what characters could hey draw from? characters they arent using n the movies and aren't on any of their current tv shows. i said the question would be perfect. my buddy said dr midnight and hourman. we were thinking something that wouldn't have a big special effects budget. what do think? black lightning zantanna manhunter were names we threw out there as well.

Manhunter is on Sopergirl so I'd imagine he's tied up for a while.
A Question series is a must at some point. He's a fantastic character, completely different to anyone else with a show on air. I'd love the Vic version, btw, not Montoya.
