Okay, now that I want to hear or read or some damn thing. If the interior of the TARDIS was reconfiguring itself as a Pharaoh's tomb with the traps and dangers, and a friend used against him. That's a great story for Sixie.Just sticking him in a tomb saying use your wits is catnip for Six. Oh, yeah. I want to hear that. Read that. Whatever. Loving that idea. If you'd like to take a stab at it yourself, you've my permission to use the concept. If not... *taps fingers together mischievously* I'd never nick another man's story. It's your idea, dude. Do with it as you will. I already have a bunch of books, comics work and telly stuff to write by the end of the year, but I look forward to seeing what you come up with.

I wonder if they will plan something 'big' for the final release? I'm guessing it has already been planned out (or partially recorded depending on the COVID Situation).
I wonder if we will see any 'remasters' of the 'old favourites' as well? I know Nick Briggs is against it, but the nostalgia element for some of the earlier ones (with updated interviews, new musical cues/special effects and proper title music) might be worth looking at?

Really? I'm pretty sure Nick has spoken before about wanting to remix something like The Sirens of Time.

Or got trapped inside the TARDIS by a malevolent force planning something horrible for the Doctor in his own home... planning to use the TARDIS to tear the universe apart, maybe... or to use it to invade Gallifrey (but everybody does that, it's so the-day-before-yesterday) or they have a bonkers scheme she walks into inside the TARDIS and she's held captive until it's time for the villain to give a manic laugh and reveal their villainy. A Pharoah's tomb for the Doctor? With an alien killer who prepares funeral arrangements in advance and thus surrounds him with that which he most prizes most before he dies? " Here in the depths of this tomb, a servant of the king awaits the call to set out upon his journey into eternity. Death lies waiting." I actually read this in Stephen Thorne's Omega voice

I actually read this in Stephen Thorne's Omega voice It's good, isn't it? It's the final line of that monologue given at the Pyramids of Giza in The Spy Who Loved Me. From a real performance which carried on a long time after the fact, "The Sound and Light" show. One of my absolute favourite moments of juxtaposition in a Bond film. It's playing in the background when Bond finds Fekkesh in the tomb. Gorgeously atmospheric.

I am note sure they would have the source recordings to remaster and they probably thought that there just would be enough potential buyers for a story that most everyone has heard.

Seems like Five is still on his own in the first episode.

Seems like Five is still on his own in the first episode. Yes, Thin Time is a solo Doctor story and Madquake is a solo companions story.

I'm so happy that BF have been making new Hex stories. Every time I see him in an upcoming story it makes me anticipate is even more.

I always thought the Flying Dutchman would make for a good Doctor Who story. I do hope not everything is explained though and some mystery remains about it.

Interesting. I wonder if the last few monthly releases will involve the Sixth and Seventh Doctor becoming involved in the Time War?
