I set one up start of the freaking month! Just for the September releases that didn't have a thread! And they were still deleted!

I liked it a lot (not as much as Red planets) but once again a good VNA feel to it.

In my opinion, these Seven, Mel and Ace stories just keep getting better and better. That was a great listen!

Surprisingly light on the horror elements. If the bad guy was telepathic and was the building, then tormenting the survivors would have been a more interesting angle. Mel seeing aspects of what she experienced in Paradise Towers, Ace facing the utter boredom and go nowhere of a council estate like she grew up on (in Survival we saw that Perivale was pretty much dead on a Sunday). Episode 1 of House of Blue Fire, from the same writer, had more menace than this whole story.

I loved the first three episodes bur for me, but it got a tad campy. The ending was basically "but he's stronger", which, eh..

I absolutely loved this. To say the Seventh Doctor audios have had a kick up the pants is a grave understatement. Ace and Mel click beautifully (and Sophie and Bonnie's performance really latch onto this) and Sylvester is on fire. I loved the story's fusion of modern day relevance with somewhat campy sci-fi - it's a balance that works very well. It is very much in the vein of Paradise Towers, which is fine with me (even the Doctor's growls of "...hungry," stir a few fond memories). The music is excellent, the cast are wonderful (I would have been happy with Ruck and Jan to hop aboard the old Police Box). I love everything about this.
Three absolute corkers in a row from the monthly range.

i'm made a poll as 1 is missing Main Range 242. The Dispossessed (poll only) It’d be preferable to ask the OP to add a poll. We don’t need two threads on one release.

I thought it was good. I enjoyed it, but not great. It was an enjoyable listen, and I liked the guest cast a lot.

I enjoyed it, definitely up my street this, nice to see these audio dramas actually give Mel more to do & yet again Big Finish transformed a one note annoying character from tv into a interesting likeable character on audio.
4/5.
