I have pointed out to BF twice now on Twitter that whenever you log in you get redirected to an error page, and that ticking the "remember me" box doesn't work. No response or action taken - this isn't just happening to me, is it? I had some issues too with the remember me function . does not work everytime for some reason.

I'm pretty sure the new site has remembered me ever since I first logged into it. Once I figured out how to set up a link to replicate my previous one (show titles ordered but not downloaded yet) I click on it about once a day and it always comes up.
Now, I thought the old site knew that if you downloaded a title once you downloaded it either M4b or MP3 format, and then would clear that title from that list, but now, it's not, so I have to go and click on the other one and then cancel that download to clear it (at least, that's what I've seen with the ongoing Bloodline titles)

Once I download one format or the other, it clears from my released but not downloaded list. Although I haven’t ordered Bloodlines, so can’t speak to that. And a couple of releases l’m sure I downloaded ages ago (on the old site) reappeared in my released but not downloaded list, not sure why.

Regarding the news pieces, anyone else find it strange that the "Monsters of Gokroth is out now" article has been published yesterday yet its date of publication is 17 April? Are the Big Finish team having trouble with posting news and updates on time now?

It might be because I bought the Bloodline Bundle, and the bi-weekly stripped releases are showing up under the "extras"

Could be.

I just recommended the new omega factor audiobook, the one that's not released for another couple of months. Apologies if this has been mentioned before, but this is something BF should fix, we shouldn't be able to recommend releases we definitely haven't heard

Seems to me that the recommend button is just a brainless automatic function for each title. When I was recently going through the kind of hidden 2000AD titles, a range only accessible if you search for the specific name of the release and then you can skip to the next title in the range from there, these are titles you can't even buy any more, I found the recommend button was working.

No particular reason really- I wasn't waiting for anything in particular. We all know there's more work to be done on it.

One brand new thing with the website that is welcome. I usually go to the What's New page looking for things I haven't ordered yet. On the page itself, scrolling down through the titles they now have "you've got this" on all the titles I've already ordered. It used to be that I would need to click on the title itself to verify that I ordered it. Very nice!

looking through the releases I was surprised to find one with no recommendations (and it wasn't a future set with no announced stories - at least one such release is being recommended by someone)

I thought the old site did similar - with a green bar across the page saying you had bought it as Part of Order Number xxxxxxx.
I'm glad it still does this though, as I then, and do now, occasionally page through the upcoming months to see if there are any titles I might have missed or put off on pre-ordering.
Now, both before and after the new site, it sometimes bugs me when I have purchased bundles or box sets, but when the site isn't "smart" enough to indicate that you own them when each episode is listed separately.
Oh, as far as the site remembering - that's likely some kind of "cookie" issue. I don't think I've had to actually log into BF on this computer (a desktop) but once after the new site launched.

On the "What's New" page on the old website, you had to click through to the release page (from the What's New page) to see the green bar indicating you purchased the release. I know, cause I used to do it on a regular basis to make sure I had pre-ordered everything I wanted to pre-order.

I'm not sure if this used to happen, but if you subscribe to the Main Range now you also get all the free Part 1's for the stories that had those. This also includes the promo releases for Doctor Who Magazine (such as Urgent Calls and Mission of the Viyrans). I find that quite annoying, as I didn't/don't want them and they clutter up the app. I've bought the full story, what use is a sampler to me now?

I hope someone from BF is reading this.
