You know, now that you mention it, I actually do rather like Attack of the Cybermen ...

I’m probably very much in the minority wanting a Further Adventures of Tamsin Drew sooner than a Charley set. I go for Tamsin before Charley too

It wouldn’t surprise me if they steered Eight back towards his happier persona and gave him some more traditional adventures again after the blockbuster run of Dark Eyes/Doom Coalition/Ravenous. He definitely needs some space to breathe and enjoy life again. I think this direction is perfect because it would make his ultimate end in the early days of the Time War all the more tragic. Lucie Miller/To The Death began a very dark period the Doctors life runs throughout Dark Eyes, Doom Coalition and Ravenous. If after these events he finally gets the chance to return some proper, fun, traditional, lighthearted adventuring again with some new friends it could work as a sort of "calm before the storm" type thing, with a quiet sense of foreboding hanging over everything as the Time War looms. Eventually, the Time War begins. And while the Doctor tries to avoid it he ultimately gets pulled into the war. He can no longer just carry on adventuring, he doesn't know if he'll ever be able to go back to those days, after having already gotten back to them once post-Ravenous, and ultimately he decides not only to become a soldier but to giveup his own name. He then spends the entirety of his next life fighting the war and it isn't until his 10th incarnation, the Ninth Doctor, that he finally gets to return to adventuring. If after Ravenous they just continue with his life getting darker and darker then i think they will risk some burnout, because we know this Doctor won't get a happy ending, and giving him a more lighthearted era for a while give both the character and the audience a breather before things get really dark.

The Eighth Doctor already has so many past eras that Big Finish could go back to where he is his carefree adventurous self.
Mary Shelley Just three full stories isn’t enough. And I am still in love with Julie Cox’s voice.
Charley I’d love a collection set between their first and second series
Lucie Miller Already happening!
Fitz / Izzy / Benny / A New Old Companion Certainly Fitz would bring out a different side to the Eighth Doctor, but there are so many possibilities.
Alternating between boxsets from his past, while keeping forward on their current path with epic story arcs, would be my preference.
