My app is behaving better in terms of usability but I’ve still got missing purchases.
I set to Purchase Date -> Descending and immediately noticed a few of the Companion Chronicles I finally got round to picking up in the most recent sale were missing. Missing in my website Library too.

Is anyone else having issues loading their library on the app? It lets me log in but it won't load my library for some reason. I've reinstalled twice now. It’s not just you. I’ve reached out to the email line and am waiting to hear back.

Yes, following earler posts in this thread I uninstalled then reinstalled the app. Now I can't load my library at all. Just when you think it can"t get any worse . . . Thank goodness I still have audible for when I'm walking the dogs

Download all your BF audios from the website then use an audio player on your phone. No need for the atrocious BF app.

I mostly download BF releases from the website and listen on an audioplayer, but the BF app used to be usable.

I mostly download BF releases from the website and listen on an audioplayer, but the BF app used to be usable. I use the app almost exclusively. The old app is still functional, but only temporarily -- you can't download anything from it. So once my currently-downloaded backlog is exhausted, the only way I'll be listening to anything is via my PC, and if I have to listen to something via my PC, I'm only going to be buying stories I deem absolutely essential (and there are not many of those). I'd intended on just letting this all play out without contacting BF directly, but I guess I'm actually a little bit more upset than I thought I was. So I sent them a brief (by my standards) email. It was... not quite as polite as it could have been. I'm sure they're getting plenty of feedback on not-Twitter and from other emails. But I wanted to be sure they heard from at least one person, explicitly, that they took an enormous amount of fan goodwill and, over the past year, appear to have gleefully set it all on fire. I said in another post, I don't remember where, that I don't really expect Big Finish to be around in 20 years. I'd like to build off that by proposing a simple question: can Big Finish exist in perpetuity? Or, perhaps, should Big Finish exist in perpetuity? Even disregarding the pattern of behavior -- the pattern of extreme disrespect toward their customers -- that they've demonstrated over the past year, I'm not sure the answer to either question is a "yes." Certainly not a confident yes.

Ok.. I reached out to a lifelong mate who is a BF collector and who waved the Who flag Non Stop since 1981/1982 when we started watching Who.. He designs apps..
He helped me to locate where the app went on my phone through trial and error.. Still get the same error message as above.

A quick scroll suggests missing things have turned up in the app, but I htink the total number of items is still less than it ought to be.

Same for me. Another 16 titles now added to my app since I checked this morning, but still short of my complete purchases.

Looks like all of my missing preorders are in the app now, but I'm still not seeing them on the website.
EDIT: Well, I take that back. I've just noticed I'm still missing one of them on the app, though it's showing up on the website. The saga continues it would appear.

I gained 8 random stories overnight. The #1 thing I would like back is the opportunity to search by Range ,then ascending/descending order..
