The dev team deployed some updates and improvements to the Big Finish app overnight.
• Fixed playlists to include more than one track.
• Fixed the paste issue on the password field on login.
• Added pagination to the library for easier navigation.
• Added a total item count for the current filter ( Purchased Vs Downloaded)
We are capturing all your requests new features, and a return of those you loved in the old app, such as Accessibility, CarPlay etc. Our dedicated app team is scheduled to make regular update and improvements over the next coming weeks.

Sort and Search Find your next audio adventure using the new app's fantastic sort and search functionality. sort functionality is useless after e.g dark eyes is rename dark eyes 1 with no 8th dr tag on it and can any i tell me what BLACK DISC PART ONE means it on all four of dark eyes boxset Well, if you just search Dark Eyes, all 4 of the Dark Eyes boxsets come up and you can just select which one you want. It's annoying though that if you click on one of the box sets going back doesn't take you back to the search results but back to your complete (or incomplete, as the case may be   ) list of downloads. I just downloaded Dark Eyes 1 and I'm not seeing any notation that says BLACK DISC PART ONE, so not sure what you are referring to there. |

For those with the error trying to download the library, the fix for me was BF updated my email address to be all lowercase (not sure if you can do this yourself on the myaccount page), then logged into the app again using all lowercase for my username and then all was working.
Worth a look if you haven't tried contacting them and still have this issue.

Which appears to have restored Once and Future to my app. So now all I’m short on the app is the freebies, and all I’m short on the website is recent purchases. Getting there at least. |

Things are getting back to normal!
Chimes of midnight is present in the main range, but the vinyl download isn’t there

The “fixed production credits” display is worse than what was in the previous app. Only the lead actor is billed now, which is arguably the information you don’t need to know! No credits for music, sound design, etc.
And the Publisher listing on the main page underneath the product title lacks value. There’s only a handful of releases that aren’t going to be Big Finish Productions. I would sooner see the release title move over to a second line, given the vast majority don’t make it past the franchise and range title, not getting as far as the story / set name.

Okay, this is weird … does anyone else remember when BF offered you the option to buy the first episode of something as a taster of rhe story?
Well, I did that for a few things, Medicinal Porpoises, the Duck Husband, Tree’s Company, the Boy that Taste Forgot … and now it appears I have the whole stories. The files appear to be full size, they’re 2 hour(ish) long….

At .99 cents each they still paid too much. These stories make the last day look like the pinnacle of Big Finish. |
