Christmas wouldn't be Christmas without Mr Shearman's Chimes of Midnight, and I know it's your favourite. You always said so...
It just wouldn't be Christmas.

You know I haven't listened to Chimes (or indeed Spare Parts) In ages. Must rectify that.

Fully caught up with the MR's in less then 2 years?
That's impressive!

That pretty much describes me. I started listening to BF around December 2013 and I've heard all but about 15-20 MR releases. Plus a whole lot more.
For the first year and a half I was working on the road, driving from one home to another and I would listen to about 1 audio a day, every day. oddly enough, I also started buying in 2013 and am now up to date in buying them (and pre-ordered for the next few years) I have most of them on disc but gave up hunting the first 50 after getting 39 of them so ended up with 10 downloads and 1 on cassette I'm trying to fit in an average of just over 1 story disc a day ...but there are many other ranges taking up my time so there are still 68 (updated) of the first 200 I'm yet to listen to

A worthy winner, and one that I'm happy about - it's my favourite MR story. I'm still surprised that Jubilee didn't make the top 20, though. If Jubilee had made the top 20 we'd either be surprised that Chimes did not make the top 20 or that Spare Parts did not make the top 20 I suspect that 2 Robert Shearman stories in competition against each other reduced Jubilee's chances

So...
Is there a list of all 200 in order?

So... Is there a list of all 200 in order? Not after the whole thing with Colin Baker… Wasn't the business with Colin Baker and his DWM interview why the second stage of voting was delayed?

Wasn't the business with Colin Baker and his DWM interview why the second stage of voting was delayed? I'm a newbie, please elaborate. All this I learned second-hand, but apparently he took issue with how the voting for that first round (two stories from each batch of twenty) went, which came out in the interview. That's all I know of the matter.

Yes....
But...
Didn't Colin even say...
I know how much fans love lists.
I mean we know what made the top 20.
Could we retro engineer a list?
Have our own vote?

That's all I know of the matter. I hadn't heard anything about Colin commenting on the specific BF poll. From all I recall was him talking about full poll results being published and how he felt it was unnecessary, but that really is a discussion best left in the past.

Colin's got no issue with things being singled out as "good" it's just the shaming of those who come last that he objects very, very strongly to.

To be honest
I wanted to know what the bottom 10 were and then do. A set of celebration podcasts...

I wanted to know what the bottom 10 were ... Another person who likes bottom 10's! I reckon it's an addiction, but I find them interesting too. Colin Baker wouldn't approve though!
