The Rani infects the Doctor with a specially engineered virus which makes him ‘allergic’ to travelling through the Time Vortex. Unable to use even the TARDIS without his body being ripped by the time winds, the Doctor must search for the cure lest he find himself permanently separated from his TARDIS forever..

This is more just a ‘filling the gap’ story if anything but a story which shows the devolution of the Macra from builders of empires to the ravenous, mindless creatures that they were in ‘Gridlock’

I’m actually surprised they haven’t done anything with them to be honest. Even if you went the Gridlock route and just had them be mindless beasts, it would be an excuse for them to go all out with the sound design. Although, you could probably do something interesting with them in the modern day with the idea of deepfakes or something.

Has there ever been a story with Gilbert MacKenzie Trench, the surveyer who developed the standardised police box design for the Met that the series adopted in 1963?

A multiple Monk story which ends up with the various incarnations involved having to outmanoeuvre the various paradoxes they have all accidentally created. The Doctor, meanwhile, has to play damage control.

The Master gives the Doctor amnesia and then tricks the Doctor into marrying them! Hilarity and mayhem ensues!
This would be a funny premise with any Master/Doctor combination, it would be funniest with either 3 and Delgado, 7 or 8 and Maqueen, 8 and War Master, and 12 and Missy!

The plot of Needful Things is perfect for the Master in the Leland Gaunt role.

An Unbound story focused on the Eleven and a Gallifrey where they had a cure for regenerative dissonance from the very beginning. If only to explore whether he would still be the psychopath he is in the main universe even without his mental illness.

No, this is a great idea, and quite a lot of us were disappointed when Mark Gatiss's character turned out to be the Brig's ancesor rather than the guy who designed the police box, as had previously been understood.

Or what if they evolved in a Morlock/Eloi way where the monstrous beasts were one evolution and a more humanoid intelligent Macra were another... And the humanoids are coming to infiltrate and take over New Earth!

Miracle on 34th street with a strange but kind man named John Smith ( or woman named Joan Smith) who claims to be the genuine article, The Doctor!
A battle of the Bands storyline with 12, possibly modeled after School of Rock!
A story modeled after shrek/shrek 2
I don’t know why but a vampire themed Christmas episode!
A companion must perform surgery on the Doctor!
A planet where everyone is made out of candy!

And the humanoids are coming to infiltrate and take over New Earth! I really like that idea. The humanoid Macra probably would keep the animalistic Macra imprisoned in extremely dire conditions to really highlight the Morlock/Eloi parallel. Maybe the Doctor would have to make the choice to erase the more highly evolved, humanoid Macra from existence leaving only their more bestial cousins. He’d naturally despair at the fact he had no other choice and would quietly lament that who knows what these more evolved Macra might have accomplished had their arrogance and desire for conquest not ruled them completely.

In an alternate universe (Unbound) where the Time Lords lost in the war against the Great Vampires, the Doctor, a far more ruthless Master and a group of surviving Time Lords must attempt to find sanctuary in a universe consumed by the ever growing Vampire menace.

Have we ever had a story set on the Isle of Wight? Considering how the Doctor has been up and down almost the entirety of the British Isles in his travels, I’d be surprised if he has never ended up there.
