I suspect that BF will take their cue from the BBC on this, since Barrowman appears to be making a big appearance in the next DW series. Hope so!

That I did not expect (for this Series at least) But again that's another indicator that somethings going on with DW/BBC that they can't even take the risk of even a hint of questionable behavior anymore. Regards mark687 Post-Saville, the BBC absolutely cannot take that risk. And especially not with bad press they already got this year. If anything BBC PR might be grateful for today’s story as it moves the onus onto ITV.

Regards mark687 Is it? To mean it seems more that they don't want a pervert working on the show. As i keep saying the JB Incidents as Reported are socially unacceptable, they may be sack-able, they are not illegal (many have been openly discussed) and the 2 incidents that we know were further investigated (overseen by Lawyers) even they weren't judged serious enough to warrant investigation by the police. You can always boycott a show if you don't like an individual involved. Regards mark687

Barrowman is certainly on a destructive path. Attempting to excuse his actions in the Daily Mail and now having a strop on Twitter. Not only including M. Night Shymalan but demanding a refund at the cinema after watching the whole thing!
What makes it worse is he’s hardly strapped for cash and he should know better about how the film and TV industry as a result of the pandemic, cinemas included.

Little bit hypocritical given past complaints about internet trolls...

Bare-All-Man acting like an attention seeking prick again. What a surprise. Horrible person.

I'm still holding out hope that the third-party seller release of Absent Friends will go ahead next week - Foyles and Book Depository still haven't cancelled my orders. But for god's sake John just keep your mouth shut for five minutes. After that I don't care if he never works with Big Finish again.

This is the issue with much of the discussion regarding this topic. You can't treat it as comparable to sexual abuse and harassment, because according to multiple first hand accounts it was (frankly inappropriate) pranks that got out of hand.

In any other workplace would you call placing your penis on a coworker a prank? No. It would be seen as sexual harassment.

The allegations are obviously not comparable to Saville, but the impact of that scandal is the BBC cannot tolerate anything that even remotely links them to sexual harassment of any kind. Even if he considered them pranks.

I've really said as much as I wish on this matter and can't fathom how some are still getting into a self righteous lather about it but, one can look at his Film 2021 reviews lightly..
Edit: Anyway, looks like he has deleted

"Barrowman, 54, has not yet signed a contract..." 54, omg the way Bare-All-Man behaves you'd think he was 14 & even then a very immature 14 year old.

I can't imagine John Barrowman would have been the only one to pull off those type of wildly inappropriate pranks in the industry, given the kind of antics still being broadcast on shows such as Celebrity Juice.

Well I guess the clue is in the question, we don't know. & it's indecent exposure not "wildly inappropriate pranks".

I think it's best just to accept those things went on, so long as nobody was hurt, move on and just make sure it doesn't happen in future.

Err, OK...lets all just accept it & move on when someone places their penis on one of their colleagues at work.
