Easy purchase for me. I love the Peledon stories. And it not being classified as a Worlds of Doctor Who release certainly does imply we will be getting an appearance or two by the Doctor.

We need Five and Peri returning to Peladon. Either they reunite with Erimem, or arrive there to find that Erimem has mysteriously vanished.
Didn't Nick Briggs get asked in the podcast whether they could do an ebook of that Erimen novel they published, and rather than say that Erimem has her own series with another publisher now, he said they'd look at it. Maybe Erimem is coming back to BF?

If she does come back would she be recasted?

If Ysanne Churchman is unavailable, I wonder if they could get Guy Verhofstadt to play Alpha Centauri? But John Barrowman has been 'auditioning' for that role for years! I think Michel Barnier would be flattered by any Ice Warrior comparisons. And come to think of it, Guy Verhofstadt's recent panicky 'stop! this is not in the spirit of the deal!' comments are actually quite fitting of poor Alpha Centauri...

It's that and the wild gesticulating that made me think he'd be perfect casting, although if they were going to resurrect Actarus, he'd be ideal for that role too ...

Huh, another face from Who youtube making the leap to working on BF. How about that for living the dream.

Definitely looking forward to this. BF have been doing a good bit of world (or location) building adventures and I love that occasionally as opposed to the Doctor popping all around. I know we have gotten these. Have there been others?
Peladon (two BF stories and this new set) New Earth (Tales of New Earth) Kaldor (The Robots 1-6) Stockbridge (Castle of Fear/The Eternal Summer/Plagues of the Daleks) 107 Baker Street (many BF releases)

I wonder if it’s four stories set in the same period, or four stories across Peladonian history? Before Peladon of Peladon, King Peladon, Queen thingywhosenameIforget and then.... Brexit of Peladon.

It's unambiguously the latter (although I also missed it the first time around): Although... ...so I don't know if we'll see a pre-Peladon-of-Peladon era. (I also wonder if any of the characters from Bride of Peladon will reappear.)

Okay so this could be nothing...
But this boxset is listed under the Third, Sixth, Eighth and Tenth Doctor collections on the BF website but for no other Doctors.
So presumably these Doctors feature in the set. Or at least characters from their eras.

Same for Tenny, here’s there on his dying lap seeing “old friends for the last time”. The eighth is an odd choice though.

The Time Lords occupying Peladon to take advantage of their Trisilicate mines for use against the Daleks in the Time War could be interesting.

If the Ice Warriors make an appearance in the boxset, it’ll be interesting to see if they comment on what they think of the Time War.

The Collected Eighth and Tenth Doctor include releases that use elements from their eras such as the Lady Christina and Roberts Master sets, FWIW.

New placeholder artwork:
I believe it's the same font as used for The Lone Centurion.

I know it’s a placeholder but I actually think that would look rather good as the official cover.
