I'm glad to see his name on the cover. The way Big Finish treated him was appalling.
The way he treats trans people is appalling.

Right, *checks notes* not hiring him back (because he's chosen to be a PR nightmare) after all previous contracts were fulfilled is utterly appalling behaviour. Meanwhile, his treatment of trans people and Big Finish customers concerned by his views is, in fact, absolutely commendable. Thanks for your clarification.
What exactly has he done to trans people? I expect I will be asked to "do my own research" as is often the custom in these matters.
If you can’t be bothered to look at his actual Twitter page and read the things he actually tweets and retweets - I counted three incidents of him retweeting anti-trans posts within the past week - that’s on you. And there’s plenty of other, far far worse examples that are just a quick google search away.

I wonder if this will follow on directly from The Deadly Assassin, considering the image they used for the Doctor on the cover. Confirmed Years Ago that it is nearly a direct follow on . Regards mark687 I didn’t know that! Solo Tom is still very much a novelty, but directly after The Deadly Assassin will be interesting, particularly with a rematch against the Master and a return to Gallifrey. I like the cover art, the text is clean and I love that mahogany control room, so seeing elements of it is lovely.

Well yeah because it is surely easier for you to find out what he did via an internet search than it is to ask here? Why does that appear to be a problem for you? Anyway, probably better to discuss these sort of things here - notthebigfinishforum.freeforums.net/thread/7134/big-finish-associates-controversies

Ah the old chestnut about supporitng women's rights being transphobic. Gotcha. The do your own research thing is also the go to whenever anyone is asked what bad things did JK Rowling say? They can never answer the question because she has never said anything wrong.

Really looking forward to the release Ironic that James Dreyfus first performance as the master is the final Audio of him to be released
Besides I think the contrast of The First Master’s seriousness and The Fourth Doctors bohemian personality should be quite entertaining

Wait wouldn’t it go to the delgardo master instead?

Anyone curious about the "Full Cast Audio Drama" circle on the top-left corner of the cover? I don't see that put on any other covers, including any future releases that have thus far had a cover reveal. Maybe because it's Tom Baker, and therefore an average consumer may be more likely to pick it up, even if they're not a BF fan? Maybe we'll see something similar on the Tennant/Eccleston covers going forward?

I suspect it is a branding thing they are trying out. 23 years on and a company has to look at every aspect of their product. If it helps sell more units, then so much the better.

Since the DW logo change, all the single- or two-disc releases (see the MR) have said "a full cast audio drama starring..." on the cover. I suspect it's just a way of having it without another line of text.

Lovely covers just a huge shame they aren’t included in the boxsets despite big finish initially claiming that it was 2xcds like series 9&10
