I've always been in support of David potentially being Burke's. While he does resemble a number of Collinses (that he plays throughout the series), there are plenty of other characters who look the same because of a shared actor/actress but are very unlikely to be related. We know she mothered Jamison, David's grandfather, and for all we know, she could have been Millicent and Daniel's mother or ancestor.
I wonder if Blood and Fire will attempt to clear up any of this or just tease us some more. Perhaps this is more a Bloodline dilemma.

The thought of David possibly being Burke's son may well be an intriguing suspicion for an upcoming audio. But PLEASE don't make it true. That would take away the last Collins and the blood line would die out. Since Louis Edmonds is no longer with us I doubt this will be picked up in the audios.

Wasn't Tad's paternity also questioned by Quentin 1?

Wasn't Tad's paternity also questioned by Quentin 1? {Spoiler}Yes, I think so - but wasn't that was because Samantha had called it into question to taunt Quentin? Later on she admits this to him by way of a letter, if I recall correctly.

You wouldn't need Louis for it though, as long as you had Alec and Mitch.
Edward isn't even seen in the climax of the Laura story and she's trying to kill his son. He just gets filled in afterwards.
Personally, even if this got picked up, I'd like a reasonably oblique resolution rather than C or D.

Quentin could still have a kid at any time, he's still a young man (in some ways). The curse wouldn't come into play this time, would it? As it's not the first born - or would the fact it's the first born from this mother count... Besides Lela would be displeased, and that's not good.
Tom Cunningham could sire a son (hopefully once he's a bit older!). The bloodline would continue but the family name wouldn't, unless he took on the Collins name on David and Amy marrying. Though the curse would come into play here.
I think we can say by 2003 that Carolyn Stuart isn't likely to prolong the bloodline, but if anyone ever does rescue Victoria from that plunge from Widows' Hill...
But most suitable of all - If David and Amy marry then any child would be a Collins by name because of David AND a Collins by blood because of Amy.
Thankfully Harry isn't a Collins so Jackie Tate won't have Harry and Cody asking her to get acquainted with a turkey baster.
Mind you, Caleb Collins does apparently sound awfully like (the proper) Burke Devlin so maybe it's a moot point anyway.

Poor Laura, marrying a handful of Collins doesn't make her one in her own right.
Unfortunately, one of the weaknesses of Return to Collinwood is that being so focused on following the stories of so many original characters does mean that RtC didn't get around to making the next generation in Collinsport. While I certainly want a Collins, whether in name or not, up in Collinwood, but let's not forget Maggie (she was married to Joe and he only died ten years ago in the 1990s), Amy (which Dark Shadows has done a lovely job with), Hallie (it's not a good timeline without a Stokes to help dig up the body), Vicki, and so many others. I'm hoping eventually that Return to Collinwood that we have many youngsters who are all away at school/summer camp/ or with a team of babysitters at the House by the Sea or wherever.

I've got news on why there's no pre-order page for Bloodline by asking on the Facebook page. Once recording is finished they'll announce the release schedule, but want to be sure as it's twice weekly.

Can you imagine if the the latest Gallifrey set had been released two episodes a week across the month, or if main range releases were released one episode a week.

It was amazing for Bloodlust. Many fans had time to pop on the forums and read and respond to different theories, much like the original show must have been for original fans.

I'm excited to be a part of the experience this time around. I'll finally learn how people felt on Friday after a juicy cliffhanger. So far the one that surprised me the most was Sarah appearing to Maggie.

Wait so they've confirmed they're doing the miniseries format again? Had that been confirmed prior?

It's on my list as August but I probably dreamt it Cheers Tony EDIT: Just checked back through all the news and you're right Trace, it does say Autumn (I must have had a meltdown when I updated my pro-order list). I can stop worrying about it now, thanks .

Sorry, I've been out in the light for a bit. Still watching Dark Shadows, but for whatever reason been out of the loop about potential future audios and current forum postings.
The lineage and name thing somewhat worked out for King William and Queen Mary of Orange. Too bad they didn't have a kid. Also I recently rewatched Quentin getting cursed and it's all male descendants. Big Finish doesn't seem to want to go this way and the series might not have also at times, but it's what was said.
Anyway, now that it's October, I'm definitely think about Dark Shadows and with the year ending in just over 2 months (and autumn technically only a few weeks before that), I'm curious if there's some news on Bloodline anywhere...

Not sure I follow that. Do you mean 'all' as in ONLY male descendants or as in EVERY male descendant? I've just watched that run myself, it's stated as the 'first born male descendent of each generation' isn't it? Which is what BF have done.
