Hellraiser 3 is my favourite then the original film, i actually enjoyed the fourth despite it getting roasted & as for Hellraiser 2 i actually don't rate as highly as many fans do as it makes Pinhead look weak & focuses to much on the Doctor. I've seen but not added to my collection 5-10 as some those mobies wasn't even Hellraisers to begin with. I remember reading a couple back in the day, cause my teacher confiscated it due to the mature content so during break i went nicked it back out her desk.

I have seen every movie with the "Hellraiser" title. they all got progressively worse but I was holding out hope that they would be somewhat decent. Alas it was not to be

If I can recommend a podcast to you and Timelord - The Best Movies Never Made. It's hosted by the guy who directed the Jodorowsky's Dune documentary and the writer of the new Sonic film and they discuss the titular films that never ended up being made but were in development at various stages. They get someone who was involved, usually the writer. The reason I mention it is the episode on Freddy Vs. Jason features talk about the various versions of that films that were worked on before the one we saw in 2003. One of the original endings would have seen Freddy and Jason battling in hell to the death, when Pinhead arrives and asks "Gentlemen. What would seem to be the problem?" - cut to credits, setting up Freddy Vs. Jason Vs. Pinhead. One of the ones that was also worked on was Freddy Vs. Jason Vs. Ash, but Sam Raimi and Bruce Campbell were never happy with the ideas and pulled out. That was turned into a comic series if you want to know what would have happened. In the same episode of the podcast, Pinhead comes up again. Tony Todd was asked to do a project, a Versus movie featuring Candyman against...well, I'll tell you in a moment, and he declined saying it was the worst idea he'd ever heard. His pitch instead that he WAS interested in was Candyman Vs. Pinhead which he felt not just had a cool supernatural showdown where you could imagine either winning but was also pitting two Clive Barker characters against each other. Oh, and the worst idea ever that Tony Todd declined? It was - brace yourself - Candyman Vs. Leprechaun. Clive Barker has also said he offered John Carpenter the chance to do a Hellraiser film and potentially involved Michael Myers but Moustapha Akkad the producer of the Halloween films refused outright and Carpenter never seemed quite as interested anyway. It's a really cool podcast filled with titbits of coulda-beens and wish-they-weres and lucky escapes! Here's a link to the ep on Freddy Vs Jason Vs Ash that features all of the above and many, many more. www.podbean.com/media/share/dir-j3sxn-6043598?utm_campaign=w_share_ep&utm_medium=dlink&utm_source=w_shareSo there's a couple of Pinhead movies you may have seen if things went a wee bit different.

Dario Argentos Opera. For me his last really great film before it started getting a tad hit and miss.

For some reason YouTube suddenly recommended I should watch The House that Wept/ dripped Blood and if you seen you know it becomes almost a slightly surreal DW Ep very odd.

Regards mark687 If you follow that up with Amicus' The House That Dripped Blood you'll get three Doctors in Pertwee, Cushing and Bayldon!

Rio Bravo Still a classic. Tarantino's favourite film, and he says the one he uses to see if he should get serious with a woman! Which I guess he finally found as he got married last year and just had his first baby!

Movie day for me.... Rambo III -- Eh. Jojo Rabbit -- I enjoyed this. Warm, full of heart, more than a few laugh out loud bits. Still, maybe it's just all the hype but I was kind of expecting more. Onward -- My least favourite Pixar movie since Cars 2. Watching by myself on Disney+, I didn't even bother to pause to go to the washroom, or when I went to start dinner. Star Trek: First Contact -- Today is First Contact Day, so it seemed appropriate

The Stranger (1940s noir film with Orson Welles)
I was sifting through movies on Netflix for about five minutes, seeing the same uninteresting (or recently watched) titles show up over and over, then at the bottom of the lists page, I found this slow burn film noir. It was a welcome find.

Just watched Nemesis on Blu ray which i haven't seen in years, a 90's low budget B' sci- fi movie starring Oliver Gruner which pi.ses on the action flicks made today.
Great shootouts, well directed action scenes & a actual plot definitely worth watching.
