It's not for me  I'll hope and wait for a 10DA V3 instead.. But she sounds good.. EDIT : I'm confused. Is she supposed to be Rose or Lady Christina?  |

Just listened to the trailer.
Jake Dudman sounds dead like David Tennant.
Michelle Ryan sounds nothing like Rose Tyler.

I quite liked the trailer. The impression isn’t spot on, but it’s clear who he’s meant to be and it’s pretty good. Looking forward to hearing four stories from four distinct Tenth Doctor eras.
Despite liking the trailer, I’m not quite sure it’s “right”. It’s been edited to make it seem like it’s a full cast with Jake Dudman essentially being recast as the Doctor. He’s even been credited as such in the set. It’s a fun sounding set, and I’ll pick it up, but it doesn’t quite sit right with me for some reason.

Quick observations:
I was expecting Big Finish to do something great with Christina (despite not liking the character), but I wasn't expecting THAT. Christina and The Doctor meeting later in life and bringing each other down after lifting each other up?
Sylvia will never be Jackie. She doesn't have to be.

I'm pretty pleased I pre-ordered this. I'm actually looking forward to The Eleventh Doctor Chronicles the most since I think Dudman does a better impression of the Eleventh Doctor than the Tenth (and because we'll hopefully get more Arthur Darvill!) but I'm definitely interested in listening to this once it comes out.
I will say, if this was full-cast (which the trailer doesn't particularly do a good job conveying that it isn't) I would definitely be less pleased. Not to say Jake Dudman's impression of Ten is bad, but when you've got the real David Tennant stepping in for a box set once in a while, you kind of don't want to settle for anything less.

I’m looking forward to this release as I quite like boxsets that cover an entire doctors era, and I’m a bit nostalgic for the last story as I got into Doctor Who during the 2009 specials
