I don’t think it’s too concerning.
The announcement for the set with Frazer playing the Second Doctor, Leela being involved, etc. was made not too long ago, later than usual certainly, so it’s not surprising the rest of the information will be revealed later than usual.
I suspect we’ll get one big announcement - remaining story details, cover and trailer - later this month, ready for release next month.

I would just calm down and enjoy the sunshine (in the UK).

This MUST be the fourth story in this set:
Mr Pritchard is becoming quite the Companion Chronicles regular - this is the third boxset in a row he's written for.

Cutting it a little fine, but explains the lack of further information. More Zoe stories are always welcome in my book!

I think Big Finish has a pretty good handle on producing audio dramas and would trust that they know how to make a schedule work. Anyway, as always I am looking forward to any and all Companion Chronicles releases.

I think we should also consider that the actors of the era are also getting older, as well.

Had this strange dream last night about Big Finish promoting a limited CD-only release containing an extended 'director's cut' of one of the four stories; not sure which though. Wouldn't that be interesting! 😂

It’s just cutting it fine can present a great deal of problems with editing, sound work and even if further work needs doing with the cast. I trust them though, I mean look at the fast turnaround of Only the Monstrous; and that’s fantastic!

I wonder if the delay in the cover art is related to rejigging the format to fit the new logo?

Honestly, given the origins of Big Finish, I think they've mastered working in a crisis and moving quickly through things. And they've well of creativity, a gestalt you can just feel, they mine into which is very rare that comes from a very different time when Who was scarce and rare. I'll always hope for good Who and always hope people will aim for great, but I don't think we're ever see anything like Big Finish ever again, even by their successors, that comes from recording Doctor Who with a recorder as a kid and gestating in your head. Even Moffatt had to deal with the outward shame, Big Finish just got on with it. We're lucky, so lucky and I don't know if we'll ever fully understand as we have it. Big Finish are a rare combination of brilliance and modesty.

So she may have been unavailable until now. She was at The Capitol a week ago so is here now. And I have long standing personal experience as to how quickly fantastic post-production jobs can be done by BF. Some instances of which probably aren't known by the fans just how quick they were.

The preview for tomorrow's podcast says that they play the trailer for the box set. I think we can assume that they wouldn't do that if it wasn't coming, and that unless they say otherwise, it'll be on time.
