Who else would be to blame, if not the developers? BF bosses. They chose the developers. They chose to go live. They chose to decide to update the site. They aren't blameless.

I don't know anything about web development/maintenance, so maybe (perhaps even likely) this is a very stupid or naive assumption to make, but why exactly would the new site have so many performance issues? Surely it's still being hosted on the same servers as the old site, and surely it's not getting more traffic than the old site did. How could they not have known the new site would have serious functionality issues before it went live?

Got into my account and out of curiosity, decided to click on a few of the orders in my list of orders (which still only goes up to 2019!).
Every order (I've checked 8 so far) is duplicated under two different order numbers.
So I looked at 8 orders and it actually represents 4 orders.
I bet it's like that all the way down.
And none of the order numbers match the order numbers in my original email confirmation.
Did they just invent new order numbers and then duplicate each order under a different non-matching order number?
I don't get it.

I am still trying to work out how to "delete" a story once I have listened to it- the older app it was 1 quick swipe.. I can't work out how- has anyone gotten that far yet in the last 4 days?
I randomly clicked on the Survivors range- I still can't work out how to alphabetise the f****rs .. LOLZ !
EDIT: I am in almost daily contact with Simon/Timelord007 - He wanted me to pass on the message he is "not a fan of what has happened this week"... G rated version !

Click on the release and then it’s one of the drop down options from the three dots in top right corner. At least that’s only place I’ve seen a delete option; haven’t tried it yet.

OMG.. I got to the 3 dots- went to the bottom list, saw "delete" .. clicked on it.. and the 3 dots disappeared !
HHMM
EDIT: So I switch off my iphone completely to reboot it.. go back to app and it's now deleted..!

Yep that’s exactly where I’m clicking and getting “You have no recent orders”. Guess that explains why purchase filter on the app is so messed up if there’s no records at all of the order of my purchases.

Maybe not entirely blameless but it’s also down to the developers too for cocking it up. Also there was no point where BF were “blaming them” like you claimed.
