Still missing the same amount of titles as a week ago: 35 absent from my Product Library on the site, and 174 missing from the app. I'm sure some of those are freebies and podcasts, but equally there are loads of my recent purchases that I have no way of accessing. Glad I managed to listen to the 9th Doctor: Star-Crossed before the site changeover, as it's now floating about in the stars itself, but would very much like to be listening to The 8th Doctor: Echoes right now and have no way of doing so. The frustration is it's almost impossible to tell in the clunky and difficult to navigate Dashboard what I'm actually missing. I appreciate people posting their solutions and workarounds here, but I do resent paying Big Finish and then having to do the work myself when they mess everything up.
Edit: emailed sales@bigfinish.com to ask them to check my library and restore the missing purchases. Explained I am not 100% sure what is missing as I can't filter the site and can't comb through hundreds of pages.
Further edit: received an automated response from Sales saying they should get back to me in 5 days. I have re-sent my email to bfapp@bigfinish.com as apparently I need to let them know too.

App has been upgraded.
Uninstall, then reinstall. All my purchases are there now.

Thanks ryan. I've just performed the above and my App Library looks far healthier - still missing 86 titles according to a screenshot I took of the previous site's account. Also the recent purchases from the past few months, now restored to the App, are still missing from my Product Library on the site. But finally some progress, at least.

I have two major issues that feel are going to drive me crazy if not resolved.
The First is to simply add to the app the ability to filter by range. Without this, there are definitely going to old stories I will just forget I even own.
The Second is that the site is impossible to navigate (and I don't mean from a performance point of view, although that is annoying). I've been a customer for almost 10 years and it's only because of my historic knowledge of the ranges that I would be able to work out where something should be. (you want 'Storm Warning'? Go yo Doctor Who, Go to classic who, go to 8th Doctor, filter to the monthly range and there it is. You want the 'Jago and Litefoot Revival', go to Doctor Who, go to new who, go to the 10th Doctor, filter to short trips. There are probably other ways to find each but just imagine what that journey is like for a new customer? 😮 Which is why having Ranges and Collections worked.)

I must have a corrupt library feed, as on IOS and on Android I get the error "somethings gone wrong"
I've tried reinstall as well. Very frustrating.

At this point, I would be pleased if the Checkout just let me complete a purchase. Jim Unexpectedly, I have sorted out this problem. For inexplicable reasons, the new site will only let you complete a purchase if you have first gone into your account and saved a new address. If you try to input the address as part of the checkout process, it will simply refuse to go to payment.

It's missing a field for State/Province for those who need that field, among other things.

I contacted them earlier. Excerpt from the email:
- Data migration on the website within customer's accounts is ongoing. - Sort and filter options within customer's accounts is being worked on. - The 'you've got this' sticker is being worked on. - The lack of past month's releases (earlier than June 2024) has been raised with the development team, and all feedback is being passed along to the development team.
Which deals with my problems. I wasted quite a bit of time this morning trying to figure out an efficient means of confirmation that I did or did not have something so I could order it, and also, how the hell to download titles whose specific names I forgot (since there was no way to filter your library via dashboard)
That's as to the website. I don't use the app. I hate smartphones and I hate how every company seems to be trying to force people to do everything via in-phone apps.

So I updated the app and my purchases since April are now showing up. Curiously though Once and Future still isn’t and I think any freebie previews I’d acquired over the ages aren’t either. The purchase order filter now appears to be accurate.
So on website I have Once and Future and promos, and on app I have my post-April purchases. It just makes sense.

Hm... so I went through my app to list out all of the audios in my backlog. There were, um... a few more than I thought. A full 129!
A bit... much.
There's not actually anything in the app to indicate that it's obsolete, which is weird: it can no longer download anything, but it doesn't even pop up an error message. How on Earth are Big Finish customers supposed to know they should be moving over to a new app? Do they just expect everyone to follow them on social media, or otherwise be active in communities like this one? Either way, it's truly asinine behavior.
Doubly so if -- as I believe someone mentioned earlier -- the new app is incompatible with older versions of iOS.
And you can't even tell that there is a new app in the first place: only two show up in the app store, and both are listed as being (somehow?) 17+ years old.
And is the other app a new version? Because the one I just downloaded sucks. Even moreso than the comments here led me to expect: it doesn't display at the correct aspect ratio for an iPad, and doesn't even fill up the whole screen -- you have to zoom in on the thing. All of the pricing shenanigans already had me very sore on Big Finish, but if this pile of frothy excrement is what they expect me to listen to their overpriced audios on -- y'all have been waaaaaay too generous with them if this is, in fact the new app -- then I am done.
