I have finally reached the point where I am squinting, trying to navigate on the new all-black background app.
I find it so frustrating that you can't search by "range".. It's order of release/order of purchase.

I have finally reached the point where I am squinting, trying to navigate on the new all-black background app. I find it so frustrating that you can't search by "range".. It's order of release/order of purchase. ;( I thought everyone was going back to the old app now? My old app is still completely blank, cannot download or see anything.. yet I can see the releases in order- I can see Deathworld and the latest new River Song .
Very frustrating.

I know they have posted on FB that there is a problem with the large libraries of long term fans and that they have issues putting extensive libraries back into the old app. They said they know of the problem and are fixing it. I personally seem to have all my old releases, but it refuses to load anything new.
I also hope, that they will fix the issue soon. This is another problem that especially affects long-term fans, which is adding to the frustration in the most loyal customer base.

Hopefully within the next couple days.. Yet I can log in to the website with my old password with Nil issues..

I would really like it if they could somehow keep the current/old appearance of the website, while upgrading the way they do the business / downloads side of things behind the scenes.

old website only put excerpt into search then will come with all excerpt and part1 u don't need any more then u can hide them excerpt i have 72 Toby Hadoke's Who's Round i have 243. Big Finish Podcast i have 161 which is in all is 476 1910 DL in all so at momemt i have 1434 with 102 missing as well total should be 1536
but with all the other stuff it's 2012

Anybody getting a blank screen on the old app after signing back in try force stopping the app then clear cache then reopen the app. It worked for me.

Still shows 967 instead of 1,088 on the new/all black screen and Still shows NIL in the old/original app..
Frustrating.

I had a much bigger discrepancy on the new app before I deleted and reinstalled it last week. Now the new app is missing 25 releases (1254 instead of 1279). The new black website, before they rolled it back, showed 1267. The old app is still showing nada. Four locations, 4 different amounts of available releases. Whee!

I just downloaded everything that still showed as "not downloaded yet" on the old reinstated site, even though I'm sure I'd downloaded everything (except for a couple of new things I purchased on the new site).
I think the issue was that I skipped downloading the music suite extras when I was hurrying to download everything from the old site before they launched the new.
Although two releases stubbornly refuse to disappear from the "not downloaded yet" list even though I've downloaded every possible thing I could download from those releases.

i DL all the Toby Hadoke stuff and burn them onto dvd then put into The Companion Chronicles: which now has a The double cd case and not a single cd case (space saving idea)

It seems like the website has been moving at a snail's pace for me since last night - in fact, I couldn't even load the website after a certain point yesterday.
EDIT: And now it appears to be working fine!

EDIT: And now it appears to be working fine! Happened to me last night around the time of them officially releasing the latest Torchwood. Lasted about 35 minutes.

Torchwood downloaded relatively promptly for me yesterday, but the website doesn't seem to want to load-up for me this evening, meaning that I can't download the War Dr boxset for my trip out tomorrow... Ho well.
