I would throw an ungodly amount of money at Sean Connery and get him to do one more James Bond made just for audio. And I would cast Tom Baker as the villain. It would have to be a lot of money, for the quite simple reason that (no matter what Nick Briggs keeps saying in the podcast) the rights are very unlikely to be available. Martin Jarvis's company have them all wrapped up for their series on Radio 4. The Fleming books would be out if the question, but I would still love an audio series based on the James Bond books written by John Gardener.

Jason Haigh-Ellery has tried to get the rights to do a Bond series for many years but with no success. At this point I have given up hope of it ever happening.
So if I were to run Big Finish, I would hire Timothy Dalton and create a spy adventure series that would be Bond in everything except the character names.

In terms of Doctor Who - Bring back Paul McGann into the main range and have trilogies with Charley, Mary and Lucie.
- Introduce two box set per year range for main range Doctors to replace the Eighth Doctor release slot and offset the reduction of stories for Doctors 5-7 to accommodate McGann
- Introduce a New Series Companion Chronicle style box set however don't be constrained by having to have a companion voice on it. Destiny of the Doctor's Night of the Whisper is a great template for how such a range could be.
- Frobisher.
- More Peri.
Outside of Doctor Who: Try and get rights to Red Dwarf and get Doug Naylor on board to write audio episodes. If all four cast members can't get on board, just get Chris Barrie to do all the voices as with the first two Red Dwarf novels and the radio series.

I'd like McGann to return to the main range as I don't feel like we heard enough of Mary Shelley, but I wouldn't want that to replace the ongoing boxsets, McGann is my Doctor and I'd rather have eight shorter, but different stories a year over three or four longer ones, as someone with a limited budget for B.F the boxsets are much easier to justify buying and I like the epic arcs he has of late. New Who C.C's is a great idea and something I think BF would definitely think about doing at some point, but I'm not entirely convinced they'd be a popular range without some of the actual companion actors involved, the narrated ranges aren't as popular as the full cast audios and for those new to audio drama (the New Who audios seem to have brought in a lot of new listeners) the absence of the actual actors might be distracting...on the other hand we've only had a handful of audios with the New Who Doctors so far and many of the regular cast members are quite busy and high profile. New Who short trips would be a great comprise i.m.o.

Since this is hypothetical anyway my unlikely list:
(Many) More Who Novel Adaptations including the BBC EDA and PDA ranges.
Assuming the rights issues with Grace and Chang could be sorted out eventually, I'd be interested in a Phillip Seagal presents Lost Stories esque run of stories similar to the ones McGann might have got had the pilot been picked up for a series.
New Who Short Trips
More stories with Peri, Fitz and Mary Shelley
4th Doctor+Adric stories
New companion for the 5th Doctor
10DA's with Wilf and River
The 9th Doctor Year Zero (i.e stories set before 'Rose', probably Short Trips...I feel like's there's a gap between the Time War ending and 'Rose', but not a large one)
I'd do some audios for comic relief with Rowan Atkinson reprising his role as the unofficial 9th Doctor.
Classic Doctors: New Companions e.g the 5th Doctor with Clara, 6th Doctor with Rose etc
Dalek Empire: The Time War
Bank several years worth of stories with Tennant at once because of his busy schedule
I'd try and persuade Timothy Dalton and Derek Jacobi to return for Gallifrey or War Doctor Stories
Since the 8th Doctor always gets Amnesia and Captain Jack has a missing two years of his memory I'd partner the two up for a boxset, maybe go the whole hog and set in during the period when both were exiled on earth for decades, IIRC Captain Jack makes a vague reference when 10 turns up about always meeting the wrong Doctor...
On that note, I'd do my utmost to try and persuade John Hurt to come back and do some more War Doctor stories.
Introduce new male companions for the 6th and 8th Doctors.
New Who Unbound.
''The Many Deaths Of Rory Williams''
It could be a fun experiment to do a a year of the Monthly Range with no TV companions at all, just BF originals or solo stories, I'd also be tempted to do away with the trilogies for a year or two and experiment completely with the format a 6 parter one month a 4 part anthology the next followed by a 2x2 parter etc.
One thing I do know...If I was the head of BF, with very little creative ability or business sense it wouldn't have lasted 20 years...2 perhaps...

I haven't bought the Philip Hinchcliffe sets, but I'd find Philip Segal ones more appealing. Philip Hinchcliffe got to produce his run, but Philip Segal was never given a proper chance therefore I'd find it a lot more tantalising to listen to what would have been had Paul McGann's adventures had continued on-screen. Also: Spider Daleks.

There's a few hints/stories listed on this website, but it seems most of the information predates Seagal's involvement, the TV Movie was originally supposed to be a complete reboot afterall and most of the planned stories would be straight remakes: www.shannonsullivan.com/doctorwho/serials/tvm.htmlwww.shannonsullivan.com/doctorwho/lost8.htmlThough I do recall seeing a youtube interview with McGann in which he referenced reading the Leekley Bible and various discussions with Seagal about what would come next.

Has there ever been an explanation from Nicola Bryant and/or BF as to why Peri appears so infrequently? I felt that her exclusion from The Sixth Doctor: The Last Adventure was detrimental to that set.
I'm wondering if there's some friction with BF as to how Peri is written. The booklet for Masters of Earth reveals that Bryant brought her partner Nev Fountain onboard to rewrite a lot of Peri's lines, and I don't doubt the same thing happened on The Rani Elite.

I can see why some might not like it though because it is a bit too reliant on the first movie at times.

If I'd been in charge and given the Leekley Bible, I would have taken one look at it and gone -- "Alright, track down VHS copies of all the stories mentioned here. We're not going to do straight remakes, but dammit if we aren't going to use the originals as inspiration for our new era," because honestly a story like The Talons of Weng-Chiang set in 1930s New York, The Claws of Axos in the French Revolution or The Sea Devils in Louisiana has always sounded amazing to me. The Cybs would also have been a pretty interesting new aspect of the Cybermen to explore, given a bit of lateral thinking they could even have emerged as their own creation. In fact, I feel a thread coming on...

It would have been difficult to slot Peri into "The Red House" and "Stage Fright" because the Valeyard has scenes with either Six or his companion in those stories, but she could have easily replaced Constance in "The End of the Line." That would have allowed Constance to be properly introduced in Criss-Cross.

I liked the use of Constance in the boxset it showed that even though this was his last adventure we still had a lot more adventures with the Sixth Doctor to come! However I agree that it was a shame that Peri didn't appear in the box set somehow.
