If Tom Baker and Matthew Waterhouse are onboard with it, a season of full cast stories with the Fourth Doctor and Adric. It's a new angle to explore the Fourth Doctor with as well as a period largely neglected in any medium of Doctor Who story telling. I've watched the 4th Doctor serials just once each, but I really liked the teacher/student relationship between 4 and Adric, and I'd be very interested if BF considered doing audios with the pair. I'd actually say there's room for three or four series with the two, IIRC Adric mentions how much he'll miss Romana (which suggests there's room for a few stories with the trio between State of Decay and Warrior's Gate...actually I think there's a CC and short trip already set in that gap) and seems quite excited when they exit E-Space suggesting that it took them a while to navigate a successful route into the main universe (there's a few moments and lines in The Keeper Of Traken which show the Doctor has begun to take Adric on as a sort of student), E Space itself was an interesting concept and I'd be intrigued to hear it explored in more detail. I can't remember if Logopolis follows Traken directly, but Adric seemed very pleased to see Nyssa again, which suggests a short while had passed since there first meeting. In Cold Fusion Adric makes a comment about having already traveled with the Doctor for a few weeks (which is vague enough to leave a little room for interpretation) and the season 19 stories do sometimes hint at the 5th doctor having a slightly more difficult relationship with Adric than his predecessor. So I certainly think there's room for a fair few stories with the pairing (plus Romana as well, for a short while), whether BF agree and get Waterhouse and Baker together is a different matter...

So I certainly think there's room for a fair few stories with the pairing (plus Romana as well, for a short while), whether BF agree and get Waterhouse and Baker together is a different matter... The Short Trip A Full Life has Adric wondering if they'll ever get out of E-Space. The Companion Chronicle The Invasion of E-Space has Romana mentioning it's been months since they were trapped there, as well as that story having the first time she'd properly conversed with him. The audio Equilibrium was something that couldn't have been done in N-Space. As for the time thing, it is relative after all. Something that crops up in a couple of season 19 audios from Adric is that he misses the Fourth Doctor. While it could be Four's attention was far preferable to Five's behaviour, I prefer to think that Adric was genuinely mourning an old friend. I know Tom Baker and Matthew Waterhouse didn't get on well on set, but Tom was grumpy at that point anyway because Lalla was leaving and so was he (Tom can't have been in the best of health either). Matthew was very young at that point and was a huge fan of Tom. If their present behaviours are anything to go by, the reasons for their personality clashes are gone now. Matthew has come to terms with some of the not so good decisions he made on set back then (he was a teenager, remember) and Tom has mellowed in his old age. Matthew's acting has improved immensely, as his work with Dark Shadows and Doctor Who for Big Finish can attest to.
