I would make sure that all downloads have the same 'genre' tag so they are all in one place in our players (if we don't use the app.) Usually it's 'Audiobooks' (plural) but the Extended Extras sometimes go under 'Audiobook' (singular) and so for some reason has J&L Series 4. And recently there was a special guest tag for The Contingency Club: 'Audibook'. When I eventually found the new genre where the story was hiding, I thought I must have downloaded a car manual...

I'd release a special behind the scenes DVD showcasing these mysterious and much lauded lunches everyone praises, what do they include?

I'd release a special behind the scenes DVD showcasing these mysterious and much lauded lunches everyone praises, what do they include? No we need a cookery book so we can recreate these lunches for ourselves and eat whilst we listen to Big Finish! They can do the favourite recipes for each Doctor or a different spread for each of their ranges.

I'd have Big Finish adapt their prose Short Trips into audios That could take a while! One of my all time favourite Who stories is Teach Yourself Ballroom Dancing from Short Trips: The Muses. Took Steven Moffat's wonderful Continuity Errors ideas and filtered them through a prism of Ken Loach or Alan Bennett. I don't think it would transfer to audio much as there's no threat, no tension....just time, melancholia and a lot of unfulfilled dreams...a gorgeous story that deserves much, much more love. It's Rob Shearman, you'd think that alone would make it much better known.

Managed to grab a fair few of the books when they were being clearance sold due to the non renewal of the licence. Glad I did. I should have bought more but the licence loss did come out of nowhere from our point of view.

I'd keep going with the Warner Doctor unbounds, with or without Benny. Hell, maybe have him end up picking up various other "real" Universe companions from time to time.
I don't care if it rests on making up a trope, in which he is constantly trying to escape his universe and only managing to get sucked back into his with a tagalong.

Let's have him meet McQueen's Master! Finally getting into our universe, some trouble, only to be saved by his own, Gatiss, Master! LOL.

I'd use the short trips format to answer a few of the long standing Big Finish dangling threads. Things like having Colin narrating/performing a sequel to Real Time, likewise with a story about Sarah Jane being rescued from space by The Master (perhaps pretending to be The Doctor for some dastardly reason) or Romana...or somebody anyway. Liberator Chronicles would be resurrected, as would full cast Blake's 7 audios. I'd take another shot at 2000AD, with fullcast audios for Judge Dredd, Strontium Dog, and Rogue Trooper boxed sets to kick things off. An Adric season with the Fourth Doctor. I'd actively encourage some more of the old bluster back into the Sixth Doctor, try and give the old dog a bit of his bite back. Maybe have him suffer a loss, and have that bring his old abrasive shield up a bit as a consequence. I'd also like more adventures with both Peri and Frobisher. Ace would get a definitive end point with her travels with the Seventh Doctor, and I'd have a phase of the Seventh travelling alone for a while. An Eighth Doctor and Mary Shelley box set or two. More novel adaptations, but featuring a wider selection of Doctors. Adapt Big Finish's Benny books for audio, or at least the ones most needed to fill narrative gaps in the audio series. More Unbound, more Warner. I'd also try and bring in Richard E. Grant for some audios as the alternate/Unbound Ninth Doctor. Resurrect Companion Chronicles as a monthly range, and bank as many stories with ageing cast members as possible. I'd steer Gallifrey back towards the political intrigue format of the first three series, under the looming shadow of the forthcoming time war. I'd be fired, after doing 'whatever it takes' to get Tennant back, and Eccleston and Smith on board (Capaldi too, eventually), for occasional boxed set releases.

I've posted some ideas before, but here are some recent additional thoughts:
A Fifth Doctor story with the Antony Ainley Master: he was always in disguise with funny voices, wasn't he? So if he's not unmasked until near the end, it doesn't matter who plays him for most of the story, does it? It would also be amusing if the Doctor was the last person to figure out it was the Master.
Retro Eighth Doctor stories, taking a break from the war and tragedy of the plunge into the Time War.
A story set during the Jack Cade rebellion.
More David Warner, Beth Chalmers, Matthew Waterhouse.
A Ben & Polly story without Jamie, so that Frazer can relax a bit and play only the Doctor for a change.
Dodo Chaplet. Jackie Lane showed so much promise in a fun and original character idea. Although I don't know if she would be willing to return to the role, or vocally able to recreate it, perhaps she'd be willing to give BF her blessing to recast the role if she chooses not to perform herself.
Invite some of the DW actors whose voices aren't so easily recognizable to participate with a role in the MR or J&L. After all, Jacqueline Hill could return to the program years after playing an iconic Companion, so why can't some of the other actors who would otherwise be limited to only a few adventures per year? Frazer Hines and Peter Purves have enough vocal talent to play a different accent or voice. Deborah Watling could carry another role. Maureen O'Brien would have a chance to play a role in her normal vocal range.

It would be great to hear the earlier companion actors in the MR sometimes as other characters. Oooh, how about Jago & Litefoot & Iris? (Surely that's been suggested before?) If they could drag Iris out of the Red Tavern for long enough to do some actual investigating that is!

If Tom Baker and Matthew Waterhouse are onboard with it, a season of full cast stories with the Fourth Doctor and Adric. It's a new angle to explore the Fourth Doctor with as well as a period largely neglected in any medium of Doctor Who story telling.
