Hey everyone,
What Doctor Who novels would we like to see adapted?

Not that many actually. I'll have a ponder.

Blood Heat would have been great, had Big Finish started the adaptations a few years earlier. Ditto Shadow in the Glass
I'd love to see the Eye of Heaven adapted. Granted, its structure would make that tricky, but then, BF are doing Nightshade.
Let's see, what else is there...
The Sands of Time would be welcome. Managra would be lovely, though Sarah would have to be replaced with another companion. Empire of Glass would be fun. There's the Banquo Legacy, the Burning, the Left-Handed Hummingbird (another tricky one to adapt, but potentially amazing,) Conundrum (as an audiobook with actors, ala the Speckled Band,) the Infinity Doctors (a whole series in its universe would be welcome,) Alien Bodies, and Human Nature (extremely unlikely, but what the heck.)

Millennial Rites, a Sixth Doctor Missing Adventure written by Craig Hinton featuring Mel as companion and guest stars Anne Travers. We learn a bit more about Mel's background and she actually uses her computer skills. There's some Valeyard drama for the Doctor and I can see where Part One would end and Part Two would begin.

It seems Big Finish won't be adapting novels that have had re-releases, probably because their more ready availability affects prospective sales. It's a unique case for English Way of Death, where I'd guess that BBC Books chose that for the Fourth Doctor History Collection entry long after Big Finish had started their adaptation.
It's a pity, because I feel that releasing the New Adventures Sanctuary and Human Nature similar to Romance of Crime/English Way of Death and Well-Mannered War/Damaged Goods would have been a great idea. Both stories examine the characters of Benny and the Seventh Doctor, as well as giving them both a one-off love interest. There's enough from both that could be excised from any potential adaption without dramatically altering the story or its themes. At least we have got an audio version of Human Nature, with Lisa Bowerman's reading of the novel.
Father Time, with the Eighth Doctor. It's set during the amnesiac Stuck on Earth arc, in the 80's. The Doctor is raising a daughter and it's a lovely novel that's probably one of the best in the range. There's no necessary continuity, kinda a big thing for that arc and it's something different for Paul McGann to do as the Eighth Doctor.
With the Fifth Doctor and Turlough, there's Lords of the Storm (a MA with Sontarans that's a loose prequel to one thread of Shakedown) and Imperial Moon (PDA, with Victorian astronauts on the moon and it's not a parallel world or alternate timeline).
In the If Only The Actors Were Still Around, there's Wolfsbane with the Fourth Doctor, Sarah and Harry, as well as an amnesiac Eighth Doctor from the Stuck on Earth EDA arc. Another title is City at World's End, which perfectly represents the First Doctor era. The First Doctor, Susan, Ian and Barbara arrive, get separated from the TARDIS, separated from each other and must figure out how to save a world where not everything is as it seems.

Say, do we have any inkling what that mysterious three-disc adaptation is or are we still in the dark?

Say, do we have any inkling what that mysterious three-disc adaptation is or are we still in the dark? Nope, still TBA. Since it's being released December next year though, there's no rush for the announcement. We're still waiting for information on next year's Main Range opening trilogy! The only things confirmed for it are release date and the price (higher than the two-disc releases, so it's almost certain to be three discs).

Since the BBC 8 novels are still ruled out I'll confine myself to Virgin and the BBC past doctors range.
I've been re-reading the 7th Virgin range recently.. and I have to say... Godengine was freaking fantastic! That would be awesome to hear on audio. I would kill for First Frontier as well.
Past Doctors... well.. The Time Travellers would be fascinating as a adaptation. Goth Opera as others have said. I would also like to see System Shock adapted, I remember reading it the 1st time and being unnerved by the reveal at the end. I've stated before I want Grant Markham to get a BF treatment, so Time of Your Life and Killing Ground.
Building on this month's "Black Hole", "season 6b" box set might be fun.. say The World Game and Players?

But "The Black Hole" actually contradicts the Season 6B theory, so I doubt Big Finish will be adapting these.

But "The Black Hole" actually contradicts the Season 6B theory, so I doubt Big Finish will be adapting these. It only really takes The Two Doctors out of the equation, Three Doctors and Five Doctors still seem to be candidates I guess (unless I missed something?).
Just a few I'd like to see adapted-
TimeWyrm: Exodus (Or the saga as a whole, but this one is my favourite *Zombie Nazis!!!!*) The Dark Path (A favourite on the old forum!) No Future First Frontier

Wasn't Birthright adapted for the first season of Benny audios? I'm pretty sure Ace's role in the story was covered by Jason.

I haven't read them, but a boxset of BLODD HARVEST and GOTH OPERA would get me reaching for my debit card.
I am surprised that Big Finish haven't announced the Novel adaptation. I know it is not released until December next year, but as it it part of the five release bundle I would have expected it to be announced.
