And, I think, A Good Man Goes To War. All good fun, I'm sure, but that doesn't mean I have to be particularly enthused by it. A Good Man Goes to War? I don't recall a song and dance routine in that. Maybe I'm misremembering. Didn't the Doctor turn up at the wedding and dance like a giraffe, or something? That's the nearest example of a song and dance number on television Doctor Who. Just a bit of messing about really.

Thank you, brians. The Eleventh Doctor is my least revisited era of the show. You can probably tell. Same here, I got lost during the Impossible Astronaut strand and never really found my way back in. Now it's all on iPlayer I really must start at the beginning again and work through.

I mean, The Scorchies. and And The Pirates. And, I think, A Good Man Goes To War. All good fun, I'm sure, but that doesn't mean I have to be particularly enthused by it. Completely fair, man. Me, I'm intrigued. And somehow I still forgot Christmas Carol and Daleks in Manhattan (which, irrespective of anything else in this discussion, I really like 'My Angel put the Devil in Me').

Well, and I hesitate to say this (and I realise it's off topic), but he began to get on my wick a bit! All the over-gesticulating got a bit much (I was so happy when Mr Furious Eyebrows came along). A shame, because The Eleventh Doctor has some really good stories. Perhaps I should raid iPlayer too!

Oh good. Nothing says Doctor Who like a song and dance number. I mean, The Scorchies. and And The Pirates. Jon Pertwee got there first, maybe not with the dance but the Third Doctor broke into bits of song now and then!
I love those BF stories and let's not forget those pesky pan-planetary puppets popped back for 'Encore of the Scorchies' ("Corks!") and their run-in with Iris Wildthyme.
I'd really like a musical episode - The Doctor Dances and Sings.

I did a rewatch this year and it's worth the effort. There some cracking television in there. Don't try to make sense of the arcs though, they tend to unravel halfway through.

Black Orchid? That had Tegan and Nyssa dancing the Charleston

Black Orchid? That had Tegan and Nyssa dancing the Charleston The Gunfighters - ballad of the last chance saloon. I'm enjoying this game 😁

Presumably it was only in the story very briefly.

Has anyone else heard the rumour that instead of regenerating 14 will split in two, creating 15 but then carrying on to go off and have separate adventures with Donna? I read this on an online article this morning. I can't find the original link but did find this https://www.reddit.com/r/gallifrey/comments/171zf2z/if_that_rumour_about_the_60th_is_true_then_rtd/ I'd love more Tennant adventures if this is true. my own (a bit silly) thoughts IF this is true the 4th Doctor left each of his main companions (Sarah Jane, Leela and Romana) their own K9 Rose has already been left with a David Tennant type Doctor So, if Donna is also to be given one, there should also be a third one for Martha....

Little something down on the South Bank if anyone’s around in London this weekend. Sounds like there will be also Gatwa’s sonic there from 11 to 2 on Sunday.

The post previous to mine. That's what confused me, there's nothing in that post that can or needs to be proved true. it's just a promo that there's a regeneration coming, I honestly wasn't sure why it had been posted since it didn't really tell us anything
