Yeah, the price increases have really made me miss the budget sized releases from the short trips range. The anthologies were nice over the last two years, but moving to that format really hurt the whole idea of a nice low cost story dropping any month. Plus almost 8 months in and not a peep about that range returning this year. Yuuuup. And with the boxsets moving to 3 stories, we're paying more and getting less, which really stings. As for Short Trips, I agree entirely. Big Finish seems to be orienting more and more toward the "whales" -- the small number of customers who spend a lot, regularly -- to the exclusion of more casual listeners. It is... a profoundly short-sighted and unsustainable strategy.

Every story should be individually purchasable for a proportionate amount to the rest of the boxset ie a 1 hour story will be a little over 1/3 the price of a three hour boxset. Like its what they've done with Dark Gallifrey (except there they've also gotten rid of the boxsets)

Maybe they (BF), should put a tweet or 2 out telling everyone to stop downloading for 1-2 hours so they can get in and fix this issue..

Anyone else getting emails titled “new order confirmation” that list items ordered recently. I’ve had four so far, two of which were for the same recent order - all have order numbers different from when I did actually order the items listed.
Presumably some aspect of the site migration. The current site is working enough now that I can check my order page and none of these “new” orders show there.
Things working well enough now that I’ve filled my phone’s remaining space with five downloads to keep me occupied till I get a new phone.
It’s partly BF’s fault I’m delaying that. Tickets, travel and accommodation in September to come down for the BF show ate all my new phone money.
Now to deliberate on whether to put in one last order for July’s releases at current prices.
Or wait and trust that the new pricing structure to be launched tomorrow won’t be customer-losingly ill-conceived….

I think we must be either shifted by a nano-second in Time (that's all it takes apparently) or else 'Street 1' is one of those strange places like in 'Scherzo'. Dimensionally infinite or whatever. So every BF customer can live there, all at once and you're right! We only need buy one copy of each release between us. It's not going to help their revenue stream much is it?
