Quite. This will mean Leela has appeared alongside all the Doctors from Tom Baker to John Hurt (most on audio, McCoy in Lungbarrow), even excluding multi-Doctor stories like The Light at the End or Return to Telos.
Also, I'm curious if Five-and-Tegan means this is during the last episode of Frontios or if it's another post-Doctor story for Miss Jovanka.

I think the idea of teaming Five with Leela is full of wonderful possibilities. Presumably she's going to notice that Five is not Four anymore, but the outcome could be anything from Leela reassuring Five that he's still the same man she knew before, to Leela having to adjust to the idea and being the one to benefit from reassurance. It seems like it would probably be hard to go wrong however it works out, and that there would be plenty of room for the unexpected in such a story. (It's easy to think big, though, because I think Big Finish did some extraordinary character development with Leela in the Gallifrey range).
I also think it's great for Louise to appear in the Main Range (I'm not counting Zagreus because everyone's in that and the spotlight can be rather divided in that story). I think it adds attraction and a fantastic sense of well-roundedness to the range to have had stories in the range with Lalla, Frazer, the Locum Doctor stories, and now Matthew Waterhouse. That aspect of the MR ended up being fairly influential in my starting to listen to DW stories to begin with, The Apocalypse Element and Neverland were so hugely attractive because of the unusual pairings that in the long run I found the whole prospect impossible to pass up.
It's also been wonderful to have Mark Strickson and Janet Fielding in the MR (not to mention all the other companions), and by then it's such a galaxy of stars that it just seems wrong for Louise not to be among them (not to mention she is brilliant in everything).
I'm really looking forward to this not only because it's very gratifying to have it happen, but also because I have no idea what to really expect, which makes it an awful lot of fun as well.
Basically it's the Fifth Doctor and Tegan working with Leela as the Fifth Doctor is forced to fulfil the duties of the President role he escaped at the end of The Five Doctors. It's a rather fascinating article.
Be sure to check out the indexes for the various Big Finish ranges!
