Like the deleted scene for Journey's End where the Tenth Doctor gives the Meta-Doctor some of the TARDIS coral for him to grow his own? Exactly. However if it was in promo material for the episode then it could be different. What exactly was the promo reference? Although RTD did say he'd like to think that actually happened, so...

Just watched Knock Knock two times in a row. Suitably creepy and scary.

Late night viewing with headphones as instructed (the headphones, not the hour.)
An excellent episode, my favourite of the series so far (up to Oxygen). Spooky and even scary at times, loved the binaural sound, great effects and a moving denoument. And David Suchet is predictably superb.
Only criticism: it seemed a bit of a cop-out to get Bill's friends all back safely down to the last detail of clothes and jewellery - how? And why weren't the missing from 20/40/60 years ago returned too?
But a great episode in a fine series, it's a pity that viewing figures are so low, these episodes deserve far more. It's a strange time of year to be on. 'Doctor Who' should air in the autumn and winter for peak audiences, surely?

'Doctor Who' should air in the autumn and winter for peak audiences, surely? The ratings of the last two years demonstrate to the contrary. Doctor Who's RTD ratings heyday was always in the spring. Tbh I don't think the time of year has that much to do with it (though I'm always wondering what people are watching instead of Who, ITV doesn't seem to produce anything other than BGT and X Factor these days and they're on after Who usually).
