Also on a small note, as an Australian purchaser, people seem shocked that I'd pre-order with "such high delivery fees" when shen it comes to BF, the delivery fees are astounding. I've purchased stuff from within Australia with higher fees. I don't know how it matches up with the UK but the fees are so much better.

Look at Book Depository, they are and always will be free P&H.

Oh, the bundle will be miles cheaper once they're no longer in the pre-order phase. I was talking purely about methods of pre-ordering here I got that. And was just pointing out that the bundles are not necessarily priced to save you money on pre-orders. Or so I was told by someone at BF. Ooohh, right! Seems a bit strange to advertise a "money saving" bundle in the pre-order phase if it isn't actually saving you money during the pre-order phase. Still, it's not *technically* wrong, it's just a bit misleading over when it actually classifies as cheaper.

Yup, I agree it's misleading, that's why I asked about it one time when I saw that the bundles cost more than individual pre-orders in one case of a series of releases I was interested in. Sometimes there is a monetary advantage to pre-ordering bundles, but not always. And sometimes the difference in price between the bundle and the individual releases makes it not worth laying out money month or years in advance for a pre-order bundle. I always check the price of individual releases versus the price of a bundle before I order.

anyway back on topic here is what we know so far about The 2022 Releases (Spoilers Warning) :
First Doctor Adventures: Either Volume 6 with Susan/Ian and Barbra given the ending of The Hollow Crown or A First Doctor/ Dodo (Lauren Cornelius) Boxset
Second Doctor Adventures: Season 6b Boxset set after The War Games
Third Doctor Adventures: Given they are slip case in comparison to The Jewel Case of Volumes 1-8 it could be a soft-reboot of the range, Jo Grant is likely to return with Jon Culshaw as The Brigadier and The Recast Liz and Sarah depending which eras Big Finish are going to cover for each boxset
Fourth Doctor Adventures: Continuing with Series 11 Volume 1 and 2 with 5 Stories featuring The Introduction of New Companion Margret and rumored Return of The Master
Fifth Doctor Adventures: The Forty Duology- 2x Season 19 Stories with Adric/Nyssa and Tegan in Volume 1 featuring The God of War and The Cybermen and Volume 2 is The Auton Infinity with Nearly All of 5th Doctors TV Companions- Adric/Nyssa/Tegan/Turlough and The Brigadier (barring Peri and Kamlelion)
Sixth Doctor Adventures: Rumored to feature Melanie Bush. Likely to feature Constance in one box set
Seventh Doctor Adventures: Given the news article last year it might feature The Seventh Doctor's Last Days before The Events of The TV Movie
Eighth Doctor Adventures: As a New Beginning as David Richardson called this might be Post Stranded. Will The 8th Doctor have a brand new solo companion or will Helen or Liv continue traveling is to be confirmed
Other DW Spin off and Audios during 2022 are UNIT Nemesis, The War Doctor Begins, The Tenth Doctor Adventures: Classic Companions, The Ninth Doctor Adventures Volume 4 and The Audio Novels so quite a big year of Doctor Who and that's all the confirmed ones

It is strange to see that the Eighth Doctor’s next set after Stranded will only be 6 discs....he hasn’t had such a small run since, technically the original Dark Eyes boxset, but practically since he left the main range.

I guess if you are a MR fan then ordering the bundle will be a no-brainer. Not at all. I was a MR subscriber, but it is unlikely that I will be getting the bundles of these, for the reasons I cited several posts up. Another MR subscriber who is on the fence with these. The lack of information doesn't make these something I feel a need to jump and order. There have been a few releases over the past year which to me have been massive failures which have caused me to hold off until more details are released - specifically Stranded, the first set was boring, the second was marginally better. Then there is Time Lord Victorious - it was such a swing and a miss that I just don't feel the same confidence of always being able to get solid stories - and yes, I realize that some of that is likely do to it being a cross-platform item. I may just wait until they are put on sale in a few years.

It's no different to a 12-release main range subscription, which you could pre-order without even knowing which Doctor would be in which releases you were buying.

Yeah I don't really see why people are so outraged about the lack of information when BF have constantly run ranges with only a vague notion of what you're getting (such as particular Doctor).

Oh Book Depository is obviously the best. But outside of free services, BF's delivery fees are incredibly reasonable.

I, for one, am in no way "outraged" by the lack of information. I'm just not interested in pre-ordering a bundle that includes 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Doctor stories, as I have found the recent releases with recast Doctors to be hit or miss, as I stated upthread.
So I will continue to buy 4th through 8th Doctor stories, with or without complete details on those releases, but I will be waiting for more information and trailers (and probably reviews) before considering whether to buy the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Doctor stories.
Therefore, I won't be pre-ordering the bundles detailed in the story from BF linked in the OP.
End of story.

Well, apart from the fact to some people it is different... with the Doctor Who Main Range you knew that you were getting stories with Doctors 5,6,7 & 8 (for a while) played by the proper actors. 'Classic Doctors New Adventures'. The bundle for 2022 doesn't contain every 'classic' Doctor as the first three will obviously be recasts, so it's not exactly the same as the Doctor Who Main Range, as there will be some people who are not interested in re-cast Doctors. For those people that are willing to embrace every Doctor Who story that Big Finish put out, regardless of who is the Doctor, then yeah it is similar and the bundle option will be right up their street.
For me, I've no interest in more Seventh Doctor stories, Third Doctor stories will probably be on my shopping list, as will the Fourth Doctor stories... the rest will only interest me if the stories sound interesting enough. So while I was a Main Range subscriber, the 2022 'classic' Doctors release bundle isn't for me. I will just pick and choose what interests me now.
